Job Title: IT Server Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Server Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our organization's network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers
  • Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity
  • Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to servers
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other server roles
  • Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices for servers and networks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of server operating systems
  • Experience with virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex server issues
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including CMDB and ITSM modules
