Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Server Administrator with experience in Azure infrastructure to join our team.

The ideal candidate will manage, support, and optimize server environments for high availability, performance, and security.

  • Administer Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and configure services in Microsoft Azure (VMs, Azure AD, Networking, Storage, etc.).
  • Manage server patching, performance tuning, and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Implement and support backup and disaster recovery strategies using Azure Backup, ASR, or other tools.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation, change management, and asset tracking.
  • Collaborate with security and network teams to maintain compliance and security standards.
  • Support Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.
  • Provide support for infrastructure-related incidents and escalations.
  • Participate in capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, and cloud migration projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in server administration and infrastructure support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Expertise in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and related services.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MCSA, MCSE)
  • Experience in hybrid cloud environments (on-prem + Azure)
  • Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, PRTG, SCOM)
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices
