The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions and regions within the insurance organization. This includes planning, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit talent for roles across functions (sales, claims, operations, underwriting, etc.)
- SOURCE candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals
