- Job Summary: As a Senior Associate Guest Relations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring seamless experiences for our valued customers.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Guest Relations to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for creating memorable experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.

- Welcoming Guests: Review arrival lists to ensure accurate information and welcome guests in a timely manner.">
- Attending to Special Guests: Identify and accommodate special guests (e.g. VIPs) by answering their inquiries and providing personalized service.">
- Preparing Welcome Folders: Assist in preparing welcome folders with relevant collateral (e.g. area descriptions) to enhance the guest experience.">
- Providing Information: Offer information about amenities, area, and venues to promote services and create a positive experience for guests.">
- Anticipating Guest Needs: Proactively anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers to create a loyal following.">
- Assisting with Tasks: Offer assistance with tasks such as confirming travel arrangements, taking messages, and addressing customer complaints.">
- Escalating Issues: Escalate customer complaints to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.">
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records in the logbook on a daily basis.">
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and quality standards to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.">
