Lead Engineering Projects Manager

A key leader is required to oversee and direct hardware and software engineering projects, driving their execution from conception through delivery. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration of product milestones.

This position calls for a strategic thinker with the ability to align product architecture and requirements across various teams. Additionally, the successful applicant must be able to improve processes, train, and support teams in adopting best practices and governance standards.

  • Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate efforts between Product Management and Architecture teams to guarantee end-to-end product success.
  • Ensure alignment across multiple engineering disciplines, including software, mechanical, and electrical teams.
  • Monitor and manage product milestones, activities, tasks, and changes using established systems.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and the broader business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 12+ years of experience in hardware and software product development, with extensive leadership exposure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SolidWorks for mechanical design and PCB design and development.
  • Strong process improvement and governance expertise.
  • Experience managing global, cross-functional environments.
