We are seeking a Product Category Leader to spearhead our apparel categories and drive business growth across seasons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the category end-to-end, balancing fashion, analytics, and strategy
  • Own profitability at the category level and plan pricing, discounts, and margins aligned with growth targets
  • Forecast demand based on data, seasonality & trends, and ensure healthy inventory levels to reduce stock-outs & dead stock
  • Build collections that align with customer demand & brand identity and plan product mix across price points, characters & collections
  • Cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing, e-commerce, sourcing, and production teams
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, or Merchandising (fashion/D2C preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • A sharp eye for product, pricing, and consumer trends in apparel
  • Ability to manage fast-paced timelines & multiple stakeholders
  • Marketplace experience (Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, etc.) is a plus
