Senior Product Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Growth Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead the lifecycle of our premium digital products, focusing on growth, product discovery, engagement, and subscriber conversion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product initiatives that align with company growth objectives and deliver maximum value to users.

To succeed in this position, you should have experience working in agile development environments and proficiency with agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful, customer-focused products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Development: Collaborate with teams to define and execute product strategies that align with Product Led Growth principles.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Feature Development & Enhancement: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, usage data, and business objectives.
  • User Experience Design: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target market and user personas to tailor product experiences that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead experiments and A/B tests to optimize key metrics such as user activation, retention, and virality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze product metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
