Job Description

As a seasoned Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits. You will coordinate export sales directly, meet sales targets, and engage in short-term and medium-term planning to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility for the production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits.
  • Coordinate all export sales directly.
  • Meet sales plan targets aligned with budgets.
  • Engage in short-term and medium-term planning and budgeting to achieve company goals.
  • Calculate capacities and recommend line balancing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Possess a minimum of 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Have the ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills.
