Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Forward Deployed Engineer. As a key member of our implementation leadership, you will work closely with one of our founders to solve complex customer challenges and develop innovative software solutions that drive real results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our founder and implementation leadership to identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer success
  • Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes
  • Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using our visual development environment to solve complex business challenges
  • Become an expert in our platform while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needs
Requirements
  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language strongly preferred)
  • CohesivAI Platform: Willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary CohesivAI platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions
  • AI Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes
Desirable Skills
  • Software Development Background: Previous experience in any programming language (Python, JavaScript, .NET, etc.) - helps understand technical concepts but coding won't be primary responsibility
  • Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly master new platforms and technologies
  • Client-Facing Experience: Any previous experience in customer success, consulting, or client communication roles
