Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing and deploying Appian solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, design and implementation of scalable architectures, application development, governance, best practices and collaboration.

  • Strategic Planning and Consultation:
    • Serve as the primary advisor to leadership on Appian strategy.
    • Assess business requirements and translate them into effective Appian solutions.
    • Influence architectural discussions.
    • Evangelize reusable frameworks and artifacts.
  • Design and Implementation:
    • Design scalable and sustainable Appian architectures.
    • Oversight of Appian application development using designer and other tools.
    • Experience in performance-compliant design and solution architecture.
    • Leverage modern technologies for efficient solutions.
  • Governance and Best Practices:
    • Develop and enforce Appian best practices and governance frameworks.
    • Ensure solutions are built for performance, reliability, and scalability.
    • Manage platform upgrades.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying Appian solutions.
    • Foster collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and IT operations teams.
    • Mentor team members in enhancing their Appian capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date on Appian product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
    • Recommend and implement improvements to existing solutions.
    • Drive innovation by exploring new Appian modules and capabilities.

Requirements include extensive experience with Appian's core platform, integration technologies, cloud platforms, and key technologies relevant to Appian integrations.
