Financial Contract Analyst Position

Main Responsibilities
  • Accurately review contracts and efficiently process large volumes as per client evidence and SOX and revenue recognition policy guidelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of client contract terms, services performed, and additional items impacting Revenue (invoicing activity, adjustments, penalties, and incentives, errors, discounts, fee changes, etc.).
  • Ensure high-level accuracy in contract review and analyze revenue as per client evidence and the contract is created in accordance with accounting requirements and contract terms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and their practical applications.
  • Strong analytical and interpretational skills to understand client contracts terms and conditions.
  • Knowledge of OTC ERPs and Workday experience would be advantageous.
  • Should have sound knowledge of basic Excel functions.
  • Capable of working effectively within a team to support month-end closing and high-volume processing.
Candidate Specification
  • Education: Graduate (B Com, M Com, BBA, MBA) or CA, CS, ICWA or IFRS certification would be an added advantage.
  • Relevant Experience: 0-2 years of related financial accounting experience preferably in OTC.
  • Candidates should possess a deep understanding of OTC function and prior experience working with tight deadlines and larger teams demonstrated responsibility for accuracy and timeliness for work performed.
