  • You must have hands-on experience with SolusVM Virtualisation platform.
  • You must have some experience with Openstack.
  • You must have a solid understanding of the hosting industry, virtualisation and dedicated servers.
  • You must have experience with WHMCS and KVM.
  • You should have a firm grasp of both Linux and Windows operating systems.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Inbound Level 2 Support (Live Chat and Tickets)
  • VPS & Dedicated Server Support
  • Migrations/Transfers Handling
  • Escalation Support for Level 1 Team

We provide training and autonomy needed for you to thrive and grow with us. This role is fully remote with all communication conducted online. We seek an independent thinker and someone willing to take ownership of their role.
