Job Title: Server Administrator

To thrive in this role, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and upkeep of Windows Server environments. Your duties include managing Active Directory (AD) environments, group policies, DNS, DHCP, and performing routine system administration tasks such as updates, backups, and monitoring.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Windows Server and Linux system administration, specifically with a proven track record in Active Directory, LDAP, and Kerberos authentication protocols. They should possess strong proficiency in Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) administration, a thorough understanding of Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) system administration, and Python scripting knowledge for automation and system management.

A successful applicant will also possess expertise in system monitoring tools, an in-depth knowledge of system patching and update management, familiarity with virtualisation technologies, security best practices for system hardening, and troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues across Windows and Linux environments.

In this position, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance overall IT infrastructure, provide technical support and guidance for both Windows and Linux environments, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues related to authentication, access, and system performance.
