Key Specialist Position

Our organization is seeking an experienced Key Specialist to assume responsibility for the successful implementation of our Model N Flex application.

  • At least 4–5 years of experience working with various modules within Model N, including MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, and GP Programs.
  • Technical expertise in programming languages such as Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX, as well as proficiency in BI tools like Cognos and BI Objects.
  • A strong background in collaborating with global delivery teams and product vendors to achieve project objectives.
  • Proven experience in providing support for Model N Platform Implementation, Upgrade, and Support Projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc., is also desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile & DevOps methodology can be advantageous.
