ERP Implementation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our new ERP environment in Zoho.

This role requires both technical capability and practical business process understanding. The specialist will work closely with our team members who have already begun the setup process.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, AR/AP, inventory, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management.
  • Migrating customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Developing custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit our operations.
  • Integrating Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics) as appropriate.
  • Testing, training, and supporting team members during rollout.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proven experience in implementing Zoho One, especially Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Skills in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • A strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Collaborative live working over Zoom will be required to ensure real-time collaboration, troubleshooting, and approvals.
