We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Scrum Master / TPM for ERP and related integration projects.
  • Manage project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP objectives.
  • Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team.
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and implement Agile best practices.
  • Manage implementation or support activities for Kronos (if applicable).
  • Report on team velocity, project health, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Kronos WFM / HCM solutions is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred.
