Workday Implementation Specialist

Overview:
As a Workday Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions to clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining the Workday system.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and develop strategic plans for successful project delivery.
- Lead small implementation projects/launch implementations, manage workload for team, assist team in all phases of delivery lifecycle.
- Develop complex configuration for clients and lead/manage data transformation and perform EIB data loads.
- Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
- Coordinate with leads for project delivery and engage on multiple projects at a time.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions.
- Thorough knowledge of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll configurations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Adaptability to learn new skills and ability to manage multiple projects & teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday & overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
