Job Title:
An experienced Client Liaison will be responsible for managing relationships with our Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, providing them with expert advice on a wide range of financial products.
- Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs through regular communication.
- They will provide inputs on financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Maintaining proactive communication is crucial in this role to foster engagement and loyalty among clients. This can be achieved through phone calls, emails, or virtual meetings.
- The ideal candidate will identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
- Collaboration with internal teams is necessary to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
- Participation in NRI client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs may be required from time to time.
- Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is essential for this role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services is required.
- Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients is necessary.
- Excellent client engagement and customer service skills are expected.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
