Senior Financial Manager

As the Unit Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the finance function to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Control: Develop and manage financial plans and budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Financial Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Audit and Compliance: Manage audit queries and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective governance and risk management.
- Taxation and Vendor Relations: Ensure accurate taxation policies and handle key vendor relationships to optimize business outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the finance team to meet business objectives and performance targets.
- Collaboration and Representation: Foster effective collaboration with business areas and represent the organization externally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Professional certification in accounting or finance (CA/CMA) with over 12 years of experience in healthcare domain.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Proficient in English and Hindi languages.
