Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to lead its US finance operations. As a Senior Financial Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end management of financial needs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of finance professionals supporting US clients
  • Oversee daily operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, month-end/quarter-end/year-end closures, and financial reporting
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP and client-specific guidelines
  • Act as primary point of contact for multiple US clients, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, provide training, and mentorship to team members
  • Review team KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery and identify areas for improvement
  • Handle transitions and onboarding of new client processes, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and ramp-up
  • Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare management reports and present insights and status updates to senior leadership and client stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in finance operations
  • Expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to analyze complex financial data and drive process improvements
