Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial aspects of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Check and enter all PC, supplier bills, and other TDS-related bills with proper supporting documentation to ensure accurate statutory deductions.
- TDS Reconciliation: Prepare monthly statements of TDS with reconciliation to ensure timely payment of taxes.
- Labour and PC Payment: Prepare PC/labor liability statements and submit them to the Finance Head for approval.
- Supplier Liability Statement: Prepare supplier liability statements within the specified period as per guidelines.
- Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Fixed Assets Register: Update the fixed assets register on a monthly basis within the specified date.
- Statutory Dues: Prepare statements of statutory dues (TDS, PF, Service Tax, ESI) and remit payments to RO/HO.
- GST Compliance: Ensure implementation of GST compliances, reconcile GSTR 2B & 3B & GSTR 1, and check for any discrepancies.
- Budget Implementation: Implement budgets and report variances to management on a monthly basis.
- Monthly Statements: Prepare timely monthly profitability statements, cash flow, various reconciliation statements, and cost control reports.
- Timely Preparation: Monitor and prepare BGs, LCs, Corporate Guarantees, and Bonds with clients and banks in a timely manner.
- SAP Experience: Working experience in SAP environment is required.
