Customer Oriented Professional

We are seeking a customer-oriented professional to join our team as a customer service agent. The role involves a blend of case management and managing incoming lines to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer queries and issues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Language fluency is required in multiple languages, including English and regional dialects such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Hindi, Oriya, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, frictionless, consistent and delightful customer service
- Work with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support
- Identify root causes of customer issues, areas for improvement and provide valuable feedback to business and development teams
- Assist with customer communication during critical launches and support events
- Maintain and improve NPS/CSAT
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer support in a fast-paced support environment
- Experience with B2B-focused companies
- Experience in technical support
