Business Finance and Financial Planning Lead

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive financial reporting, processes, and analytics across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, developing financial plans, and driving business decisions. They will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

About the Role:

  • P&L ownership for sub-business units and functions
  • Lead a team of 8-10 analysts
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across financial systems
  • Drive standardization and automation of reporting processes
  • Support business unit leaders on expenses, investment, sales, and revenue reporting and analytics
  • Develop and implement pipeline analytics

Key Qualifications:

  • CA/ICWA/MBA Finance degree
  • 10 years of corporate experience in finance, FP&A, and financial analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with global teams
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented individual
