As a critical member of our finance team, you will provide comprehensive support to the PFNA Capital team in their recurring activities. Key responsibilities include reviewing Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs), preparing weekly close reports, supporting forecasting processes, and providing ad-hoc analysis for accurate and timely capital management.

About This Role

This role involves working closely with project managers to ensure alignment and approvals for CARs. You will also prepare weekly close reports to ensure accurate actuals and alignment with forecast.

  • Support forecasting activities through roll-forward processes, variance analysis, and ad-hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new projects by conducting IRR and NPV analyses, partnering with project managers to validate financials.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address capital project issues and provide financial guidance.

• Support seamless integration of new businesses into PFNA capital processes.

• Build reports and provide ad-hoc support to leadership and finance teams on capital-related queries.

• Partner with Control and Finance functions on ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and insights.

Requirements:

• Graduation with 5-7 years of experience in finance, planning, and/or accounting (CA/MBA preferred).

• Experience in managing a P&L, financial analysis, data integrity maintenance, and systems such as SAP & Mosaic is essential.

• Strong Excel skills, ability to work independently, and exceptional communication skills are required.
