Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive revenue maximization, minimize leakages, and improve margins in our IBT business.

  • Support the development of annual operating plans and identify key drivers for revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the IBT team to track performance, provide data-driven insights, and optimize business efficiency
  • Review and approve pricing, discounts, and trade schemes in line with established guidelines
  • Provide effective business partnering and support for day-to-day operations
  • Monitor internal controls and processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement adequate controls
  • Drive process simplification and automation, and lead the implementation of projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, commercial policy, and SOX guidelines
  • Conduct regular field and stockist visits to gain business insights

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. A background in the pharma industry is preferable.

Qualifications

The selected candidate should have:

  • A CA qualification with 6-7 years of experience
  • Sharp analytical skills and good communication abilities
  • Effective collaboration and strong governance approach
