Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Administrative Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering telephones, screening calls, and taking messages in a prompt, courteous, and accurate manner.
In addition, the successful candidate will be skilled in transcribing, typing, formatting, and proofreading various materials using word processing, presentation, graphics, and spreadsheet software. They will also coordinate internal and external meetings, scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements, and ensuring that necessary meeting amenities are available.
The Administrative Associate will play a vital role in managing the appointments and schedules of staff in the unit, utilizing office equipment such as photocopiers, faxes, and printers efficiently.
Furthermore, this individual will perform other administrative tasks according to established guidelines and procedures, ensuring these activities are completed accurately and on time. This may include distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing, maintaining office supplies or inventory, and contributing to a safer, cleaner, and healthier work environment by empowering a culture of HSE excellence.
