Job Description

Join Lupin Limited as a Junior Officer in our Electrical - MDI division, based in Pithampur - II. In this vital role within the Engineering & Services department, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems that support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Your expertise will ensure the efficient operation of process equipment related to MDI, DPI, OSD, and DERMA plants, along with a working knowledge of HVAC, water systems, and utilities.

As part of your responsibilities, you will perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime while adhering to stringent pharmaceutical industry standards. You will apply your skills in electrical motor repair, variable frequency drive (VFD) programming, and programmable logic controller (PLC) troubleshooting to uphold plant reliability.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to continuous process improvements and maintain compliance with validation and testing protocols. Familiarity with the SAP system will support your ability to document and track maintenance activities effectively.

Work Experience

We are seeking candidates with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries. Experience working with process equipment such as MDI, DPI, OSD, or DERMA plants, along with exposure to HVAC systems and utility maintenance, is highly valued. Candidates should have proven capabilities in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical motors, VFDs, and PLCs. Prior use of SAP or equivalent enterprise maintenance software is advantageous.
