About the Role

The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy work environment by promoting a culture of excellence in health, safety, and environmental management.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies.

The successful candidate will have experience in facility management, with a focus on cost optimization, security, and compliance. They will also possess excellent data analytics skills to provide insights that enable business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive site-related administrative improvements.
  • Workplace safety and right work environment.
  • Cost optimization of managed expenses.
  • Improve and sustain revamp of site security and surveillance effectiveness.
  • Ensure site mandatory compliances as per legal requirements.

Beyond these core duties, the Facility Manager will play a key role in managing staff appointments, coordinating internal and external meetings, and utilizing office equipment efficiently.

To be successful in this position, you should have a diploma in any specialization and a postgraduate degree in any field. Additionally, relevant work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience is highly desirable.
