Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a meticulous manual test engineer to join our team.

This role is part of a pioneering force in digital transformation, empowering businesses worldwide with cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation in the digital landscape.

  • Develop detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories particularly for marketing cloud data.
  • Perform functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications.
  • Identify document and report defects in the issue tracking system collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements product designs schedules or potential problems including those related to marketing cloud interactions.
  • Work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Provide feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience.
  • Document and provide clear reports on testing activities and project quality status.
  • Follow established quality assurance best practices.
  • Create positive and negative test cases following provided requirements.
  • Set correctly priority root cause and assignee for all reported issues, updating the issue when new relevant information is received.
  • Identify missing information and request clarification.
  • Utilize internal collaborative tools to gather and learn information about tools technologies and testing methods necessary for everyday work.
  • Support less experienced QA team members fostering a culture of quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain knowledge of new testing tools and test strategies.
