We are seeking an experienced and approachable Customer Service Ambassador to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, visitors, and walk-ins.

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a vital role in upholding our brand image by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Front-Desk Management:">
    • You will oversee all front-desk operations, including greeting and welcoming visitors, handling appointments, managing inquiries, and assisting with registrations.">
    • You will coordinate with internal departments to facilitate client meetings and service requests.">
  • Customer Relations:">
    • You will handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously.">
    • You will maintain customer records and update our customer relationship management system.">
    • You will strive to ensure customer delight at every touchpoint.">
  • Administrative & Event Support:">
    • You will assist the sales and CRM teams with various tasks, including organizing client events, presentations, and property walkthroughs.">
    • You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and professional ambiance of the reception area and waiting lounge.">
