Guest Service Representative

The Front Desk Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing guest arrivals, departures, and room assignments;
- Processing payments and handling billing inquiries;
- Activating and distributing room keys;
- Responding to guest requests and relaying messages to other departments;
- Preparing contingency lists for emergency situations;
- Providing guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions;
- Following up on outstanding requests or issues from previous shifts;
- Reviewing daily reports and logs;
- Completing cashier and closing reports in the computer system;
- Accepting and recording wake-up call requests;
- Securing bank at the start and end of each shift;
- Processing various payment types and adjusting guest accounts as needed;
- Notifying Loss Prevention/Security of any reported theft incidents;
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures;
- Ensuring uniform and personal appearance meet professional standards;
- Welcoming and acknowledging guests according to established protocols;
- Anticipating and addressing guest service needs;
- Supporting team members to achieve common goals;
- Complying with quality assurance expectations and standards.
