Job Description

A successful consulting project leader is required to manage and deliver projects to clients across various industry domains.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in handling a portfolio of projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects that achieve promised business value/RoI.

  • Lead and mentor teams as part of the project life cycle.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and client managers.
  • Plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Build rapport with clients and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Manage escalations, variations, complexities in projects effectively.

Mandatory skills include:

  • Leading and mentoring people.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in SDLC delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban.
  • Portfolio management using Agile tools and methodologies.
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies as per the project and program needs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project.
  • One or more of Industry certifications - PMP, Prince 2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe.

Nice-to-have skills include:

  • Knowledge of Primavera / Jira / Confluence.
  • Exposure to Banking & Financial services domain.
  • Exposure to Azure cloud services.
