Gen AI Developer Position

We are seeking an expert Gen AI Developer to enhance our existing chat infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in AI chat systems, Python & GenAI, and the ability to coach others.

  • Key responsibilities include implementing core components such as chat history storage and retrieval using SQL and vector databases.
  • Improving session management, context injection, and system performance.
  • Designing and managing robust chat session handling, including lifecycle management and session continuity.
  • Enhancing strategies for selecting and injecting relevant historical context into AI model prompts to improve response quality.
  • Optimizing system performance to reduce latency and improve the efficiency of chat interactions and related computations.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of experience in AI chat systems.
  • Expertise in Python & GenAI.
  • The ability to coach others.
