Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our delivery team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams, with excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Support quality assurance goals and participate in release management cycles.
  • Coach project teams on Agile methodologies and project management processes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
  • Manage changes to project scope and schedule.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver development projects.
  • Improve processes, adopting Agile framework in project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or Proven working experience in project management.
  • 15 years of experience in IT project management.
