We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional to lead our Global Pro Bono program in Bengaluru, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing projects and providing logistical support to local social sector organizations.

About the Role
  • Project Development & Implementation
    • Identify and select potential host client organizations and develop project scopes.
    • Support local host client organizations in preparing for the arrival of corporate volunteers and arranging stakeholder meetings.
    • Participate in conference calls with corporate volunteers and provide them with necessary support.
    • Act as the on-the-ground interface between Pyxera Global and partner organizations in Bengaluru.
    • Prepare financial and final project reports.
  • Logistics
    • Assist in procuring and negotiating accommodations and transportation for corporate volunteers.
    • Coordinate program launch and closing events for corporate volunteers and host client organizations.
    • Prepare guides and suggestions for project participants.
    • Orient new corporate volunteers upon arrival.
    • Manage project travel logistics and troubleshoot challenges.
    • Monitor and advise on security arrangements.
Requirements
  1. Must be based in Bengaluru with in-depth area familiarity.
  2. College degree in project management, organizational development, sustainability, NGO management, impact investing, communications, or related field.
  3. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience.
  4. Exceptional writing and communications skills.
  5. Ability to conduct gap and SWOT analysis and develop consulting project scopes.
  6. Experience working with cross-cultural teams and/or skills-based volunteering programs.
  7. Ability to multi-task and manage diverse tasks simultaneously.
  8. Flexible and able to work in a team and individually with limited supervision.
  9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  10. Fluent in English with fluency in Kannada a plus.
  11. Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  12. Experience in virtual and in-person presentation skills.
