Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join our team. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, optimizing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing 5-7 paid media client accounts and communicating effectively with clients.
  • Ideating, managing, and optimizing e-commerce digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROAS.
  • Developing effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations.
  • Strategically managing client budgets and aligning marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintaining, troubleshooting, and analyzing data insights to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
