Job Summary: As a Senior Lead Architect/Solution Architect, you will be an integral part of a high-performance team that develops cutting-edge architecture solutions for various software applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent technical governance bodies
  • Provide feedback and propose improvements to architecture governance practices
  • Evaluate current technology and lead evaluation of new technologies using existing standards and frameworks
  • Offer technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors
  • Develop secure and high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others
  • Drive decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes
  • Serve as function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
  • Contribute to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Influence peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies
  • Lead the complete lifecycle of a project from design to deployment of o9 s solutions to customers across industries and geographies
  • Effectively map the business requirements into o9 s platform and come up with a clear, phased achievable blueprint
  • Lead the blueprinting sessions and publish the business requirements along with key design decisions and data dependencies
  • Work with a team of experts to configure, solution as per the design to solve deep operations / supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Experience working on investment domain
  • Hands-on AWS cloud experience
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Advanced in one or more programming language(s), applications, and architecture
  • Advanced knowledge of software architecture, applications, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (eg, cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc)
  • Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight
  • Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to present solutions to stakeholders
