Technical Lead - Software Development

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to oversee the development of our software applications. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical expertise and people management skills.

  • Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, guiding them in front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and secure applications, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices.
  • Drive agile practices like sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools to improve development processes continuously.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in full stack development.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical lead or team lead role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
  • Solid back-end development skills using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Strong database knowledge (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and server-side frameworks.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Understanding of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
