Learning Experience Leader

As a Learning Experience Leader, you are responsible for setting the standards and expectations through your conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.

  • You will be responsible for creating and delivering end-user, partner, and distributor training, which includes curriculum, training, and exams, for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
  • The role requires delivering preparatory training that is sufficiently technical, covering the basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs.
  • You must deliver projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
  • This role also involves being a manager in terms of design, delivery, and continuously improving the training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
  • Additionally, you will need to amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
  • As a content expert, you will maintain relevant training documents and training materials for training conducted.
  • Effective induction programs must be created, and progress of trainees will be monitored and reviewed through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • Ensuring statutory training requirements are met and having an understanding of E-learning techniques are crucial aspects of this role.
  • Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research is also expected.
  • Lastly, ensuring that all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct is vital.
