Business Growth Manager

  • Drive sales growth by optimizing and refining sales operations.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in fintech)

Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams

Strong leadership skills with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisions

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)

A positive, proactive mindset with out-of-the-box thinking

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Strong analytical skills. Able to analyze data, draw conclusions

Ability to create sales strategy based on incoming data and adapt sales strategy in a timely manner

Excel knowledge

Ability to provide results in the form of clear, understandable reports based on data rather than words
