Product Development Strategist

As a key member of the product development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and strategy for Debit Card products. Your responsibilities will include developing customer-centric value propositions, optimizing the onboarding experience, tracking key metrics, and leading focused campaigns to drive revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Product Strategy: Create a comprehensive roadmap for existing and new product launches, ensure buy-in from the team, and direct them towards a common goal.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from creating PRDs and BRDs to analyzing post-launch metrics and iterating continuously.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data to drive insights and make informed product decisions, handle ambiguous situations, and possess a grasp of statistical techniques.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively work with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate complex topics, resolve conflicts, and lead various channels for delivery and experience.
  • Long-Term Vision: Construct a vision based on long-term customer and business needs, and articulate it in a compelling manner through strong oral and written communication skills.

Additional responsibilities include sourcing and managing alliances, understanding solutioning and internal system architecture, building user journeys and product features, and managing product marketing efforts.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of solid product management experience in consumer-facing products, preferably in card product management.
  • A full-time master's degree from a reputable institution with a major in finance, marketing, management, or business administration.
