Product Visionary needed to spearhead Product Engineering.

  • We're seeking a highly experienced leader with a proven track record in developing scalable B2B/B2E products with expertise in data-driven and workflow-based product development across multiple clouds (AWS/Azure/Google).
  • The ideal candidate will have experience leading engineering teams to craft Enterprise-grade products that scale on demand, prioritizing security and employing creative problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges aligning business goals with Product NFR objectives.
  • A visionary leader is needed to conceptualize products, architect/design them, and deliver them to customers within tight timelines while pursuing excellence in building highly scalable and performant products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development of complex software systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and define solutions for complex business and technical requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Product managers, owners, business, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT.
  • 7+ years of experience in product development and core engineering.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution.

Desirable Skills:

  • Agile methodology-based product development.
  • Task Management: Proven team management experience.
  • Communication: Clear and accurate conveyance of ideas and information, both written and verbal.

Benefits:

  • Experience in Life sciences/Commercial/Incentive Compensation domain or building data-centric products is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI Technologies is also an added plus.

Others:

  • React JS, Python, PySpark, Snowflake, Postgres, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Docker, EKS exposure is required.
  • Java/JEE/.Net Technologies experience will also be considered if accompanied by strong product engineering background.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/Google) is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
