Supply Chain Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain consulting firm, you will be responsible for implementing world-class technologies within our customers' supply chain operations.

This role requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver tailored solutions that address our clients' complex supply chain challenges.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and supply chain requirements
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications
  • Presents customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse
  • Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements
  • Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions
  • Collect feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
