Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in supply chain outsourcing and consulting, with a focus on creating value-driven proposals and leading solution defense discussions.

This role requires deep knowledge of sourcing & procurement processes, solution design, and client engagement to build strong business cases for large-scale engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct due diligence and process maturity assessments with customers to build compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Develop winning value propositions and articulate supply chain service offerings to clients.
  • Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions and negotiations.
  • Prepare FTE estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract agreements.
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide support during transition to steady state operations.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives, including developing training modules and resources.
  • Represent the organization in analyst interactions to enhance brand value and positioning in the market.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large, multi-service deals and projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8–15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain, with a focus on solution design, deal structuring, and implementation.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Energy & Resources, Hi-Tech, Retail, CPG, Travel & Hospitality, etc.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models and negotiation techniques.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa, and automation tools like Signavio or Celonis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio) and data analysis skills.
