Role Overview

We seek a seasoned SEO Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about staying ahead of industry trends. Experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM), local SEO (GEO targeting), and an understanding of how generative AI is shaping search will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Optimize on-page elements including metadata, content structure, and internal linking to improve user experience and search engine crawlability.
  • Manage off-page SEO initiatives, link-building campaigns, and digital PR outreach to foster strong online reputations.
  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO best practices.
  • Support ORM efforts, including reputation monitoring, review management, and brand sentiment analysis.
  • Apply knowledge of local SEO and GEO-targeting to optimize campaigns for regional markets.
  • Explore opportunities to integrate generative AI tools into keyword, content, and SEO workflows to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with ORM strategies and tools to effectively manage online reputations.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Understanding of local SEO, structured data, and schema markup to optimize campaign performance.
  • Awareness of generative AI tools and their application to SEO to drive innovation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills to drive successful outcomes.
