Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished visual communications expert to join our organization. As a seasoned graphic designer, your core responsibility is to create compelling visuals that effectively convey information.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and guidelines set by clients.
  • Work independently, including reading, understanding, and responding to client queries, as well as proactive communication within the team and with clients.
  • Understand project scope and meet daily targets set according to client schedules.
  • Develop graphics that demonstrate complex technical concepts.
  • Create detailed storyboards and mechanicals for video production using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
  • Mentor team members on visualization and review their work to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly develop competence in new software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging visuals for E-learning Courseware, Learning Management System (LMS) Portal, Course Launch Pages, Marketing Communication, and Infographics.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Multimedia Specialists, Graphic Artists, and Programmers to create interactive graphics and videos.
  • Manage daily tasks and adhere to core working hours, following remote work policies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and users through excellent customer-focused communication skills.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree with relevant experience and skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop and InDesign are a plus as well).
  • Experience creating icons and infographics.
  • Digital illustration skills are a plus.
  • Ability to create storyboards and large numbers of graphics efficiently.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Understanding of human-computer factors and interface design.
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
