
Business Development Partner

The Corporate Relations Manager is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, collaborating with clients to meet their business needs through our Train & Hire model or Staffing norms. They screen and share relevant profiles with clients, collect feedback, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new partnerships for corporate services.
- Profile Sharing: Share relevant candidate profiles with clients based on their requirements.
- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from clients to enhance service delivery.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on partnership activities.
- Training and Development: Conduct interview training sessions, orientation programs, resume building, mock interviews, and other skill development initiatives for candidates.
- Placement: Place candidates in various corporates, including IT and NON-IT companies, start-ups, DQ companies, and MNCs.
- Events Management: Organize on-campus and off-campus drives, job fairs, alumni meets, recruiter meets, and participate in industry expos.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have strong organizational and time management skills. A degree in any field and prior experience in corporate relations, recruitment, or a related field are desirable.
