We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team in Mumbai and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales, handling onboarding and recruitment of IFAs and client acquisition.
The role involves client acquisition, managing overall client relationships, achieving targets, and enriching customer relationships to garner higher wallet share. The candidate should have relevant experience in the financial services industry and proven people, business, and client relationship handling skills.
About this role:
- You will be responsible for generating leads for Financial Product Distributors, coordinating business opportunity sessions, and assisting new FPDs with NISM exams.
- You will provide trainings to partners on product availability, prepare business development plans, and establish strong relationships with partners and IFAs in the assigned geography.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in handling MFD/IFA/any Financial Products.
- Excellent demographic understanding, strong relationships with IFAs/CAs, and knowledge about the Finance Industry in the assigned geography.
- Graduates of any background or higher degree with a pleasing personality and effective communication skills.
