As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in our mission to transform global trade. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger entries.">
  2. Assisting in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).">
  3. Ensuring timely and accurate entry of financial data into accounting systems.">
  4. Supporting in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.">
  5. Ensuring statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF/ESIC filings, and ROC requirements.">
  6. Maintaining documentation for finance policies, SOPs, and workflows.">

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus).">
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.">
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.">
  • Experience with accounting tools like Tally, Xero, or similar.">
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.).">
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask.">
