Operations Manager

The Production Incharge will oversee the planning and execution of production schedules to meet organizational objectives. They will ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, monitoring processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective production plans to achieve targets
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to maintain productivity and quality
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency
- Supervise and motivate production staff, providing training and support as required
Leadership and team management skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of production planning and resource allocation principles. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards is also critical.
